Meet Tyvek
Tyvek is a protective material trademarked by DuPont. This product is firm and durable, and is both tough and tear-resistant. Tyvek is made by a continuous process. Under manufacturing, a non-directional plexifilament is made, with a thickness of only 0.5-1.0 micrometer. It is first spun, then thermal bonded together, without the use of binders and fillers. This spunbonded olefin is made using high density polyethylene (>99%). It is stronger than paper, yet only weighs half as much. Its texture is more natural that film, having a smooth and flexible surface. It has a wide variety of application. Its balanced physical property combines the advantages of paper, film and fiber.

Flatten the bag. Be careful not to damage the inner folding lines
Cut out the sketch along the outer line
Cut open the card holders
4~5 Apply double-sided tape along the 3 marked places
Peel off the tape from the long side
Fold the 2 sides, left side on top, right side on the bottom. Then seal them
Fold again
Peel the tape from both sides, seal them as well
Fold again after sealing
