PP corrugated board

The PP plastic corrugated board processed with corona discharge can provide good printing effect, which is suitable for screen printing, and the printing ink must choose oil-based in appropriate for PP material. It can use all kinds of paper corrugated board processing machinery in the market at present for line pressing, cutting, slitting, flat rolling, nailing and other operations. Electrostatic discharge (ESD) brush

Electrostatic discharge (ESD) brush is made of very fine conductive fiber, which can effectively eliminate static electricity without using power supply as long as grounding. It can be used in laser printers, fax machines, plastic cutting and printing machines to solve the problems caused by static electricity in the production of machines and materials. The scope of application: laser printer, fax machine, printing machine, slitting machine, cutting machine, bag making machine, and laminating machine.

Tyvek®

Tyvek® is a registered trademark of DuPont's exclusive protective material brand in the United States. This product is tough and durable, and its strength is higher than that of paper. It is more widely used than fabrics. Tyvek is made of high-density polyethylene fiber (10 times thinner than hair) for spunbonded olefins. It is formed through continuous processing. In this process, a non-directional fiber (PLEXIFILAMENTS) of up to 0.5-10 microns is first spun and then hot-pressed and bonded together without binder and filler. Tyvek integrates the characteristics of paper, thin film and cloth, which is a widely used material.

Tyvek® Fabric Application

Tyvek® is featured in light, smooth surface, waterproof, dustproof, breathable, good shading, and anti-ultraviolet, having stable chemical properties, durable material, no chipping and scratch proof, and good tear resistance. It can also write or print on its surface. Therefore, it has a wide range of uses from architecture, clothing, daily necessities to medical protection products. It has been used in the preservation of cultural relics since the 1980s, and has been used for approximately 40 years up to now.

Sontara® Non-Woven fabric

Sontara® MicroPure LP is a high-performance wipe designed for dust-free room environment. Using the unique water needle technology, the tough non-woven fabric is stitched from a needle-like water column without adding binder. The invisible ions of Sontara® wipe are millions of times less than those of the general edge-capped double-sided knitted polyester fiber wipes, and is more absorbent. High water absorption is an inherent characteristic of its fibers, which is not realized by using chemicals. This quality is incomparable to knitted fabric. Sontara® MicroPure LP is the cleanest and most water-absorbed wipe in the industry.

Lubricant

It is resistant to extreme high temperature and does not migrate in various harsh environments, having long service life, water and gas resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance and nearly 2,000 chemicals. It is compatible with all elastomers and any plastic materials in automotive interiors and suspension systems. This product has passed the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) food-grade highest-level certification H1 lubricant.

Moisture-proof product

The humidity indicating card is used for packaging electronic components that are more sensitive to moisture, and can display the relative humidity value in the moisture-proof bag. The display on the humidity indicating card will change from blue to pink or brown to green according to the actual relative humidity. Silica-gel desiccant: Silica-gel itself is a semi-transparent granular, with nano-porous structure, can adsorb many substances. Because silica-gel has this characteristic, it is widely used in water adsorption.

Material processing

Insulation sheet plastics, adhesive, laminating, single side, double side, insulation, conductive adhesives, material dust removal processing, and material surface treatment: Any plastic material can be processed as conductive, anti-static, anti-rust, printing, and EMI.
