Large bubble specification Bubble diameter: 25mm±1mm, bubble height: 8mm±25%. (Currently large bubble bags are only available in single-layered; double-layered structure are not offered)
Small bubble specification Bubble diameter: 10mm±1mm, bubble height: 2.5mm±25%
Minimum quantity for customized color Small bubble wrap - Single-layered: 180cm x 200yd x 80 rolls, double-layered: 150cm x 200yd x 80 rolls
Large bubble wrap - Single-layered: 180cm x 70yd x 80 rolls (Currently large bubble bags are only available in single-layered; double-layered structure are not offered)
Bubble Bag size limit 7 x 7cm to 90 x 90cm.
Bags with size less than 25x25cm will not be packaged. Please specify if packaging is needed.
Large bubble bags may vary by ±25mm, small bubble bags may vary by ±12mm

Minimum size if cutting into pieces 7 x 7cm (Must be knife moulded if less than 7 x 7cm, and may vary by ±1mm.)

Raw material specification Small bubbles:
- Normal single-layered and double-layered bubble wrap sheet - 90cm x 80yd.
- Antistatic material single-layered and double-layered bubble wrap - 180cm x 200Y (single-layered), 180cm x 135yd (double-layered). (1yd is about 91.4cm)
Large bubbles:
- Normal single-layered bubble wrap sheet - 135cm x 50yd.
- Antistatic material single-layered bubble wrap sheet - 180cm x 73yd. (1yd is about 91.4cm)
Product size presentation 1. Bag: width (opening) x length + length of protruding piece
2. Piece or shaped: width x length
Extra processing Bubble wrap sheets can be shaped, laminated or made into bags. We also accept orders for antistatic processing, conduction processing or the printing the recycling icon etc.

*The process of making bubble wraps into bags or into sheets can be done in small orders in any size, with no minimum order quantity required.

Packaging： Free packaging available when product length and width are both over 25cm; Additional fees required for packaging when products size is less than 25cm, fees depend on the size of the product size.
